- Fever
- Cold like symptoms, such as runny/stuffy nose and sneezing

Treatment of Sinusitis
In the vast majority of cases, sinusitis is caused by a virus, which will usually resolve on its own. The Infectious Disease Society of America recommends initial treatment without antibiotics in most cases.
There are instances when antibiotics will be helpful and we will guide you through this process to determine the most appropriate course of action.
If there are other concerning factors, you may need a more comprehensive evaluation. In some instances this can be performed by us through a video telemedicine visit and in some cases you will need an in person evaluation by a healthcare provider. During your evaluation, we will assess the most appropriate level of care for you and provide you with the information and treatment you need to start feeling better.
